Firefox 7 is out, already!

The fine folks at Mozilla are out with Mozilla Firefox 7. After adopting a rapid release cycle inspired by Google Chrome, Mozilla has been releasing Firefox almost every month. Firefox 5 was released on June 21, 2011 and Firefox 6 was released about a month back, on Aug 16, 2011.
Mozilla team has been largely focusing on improving the performance and security of Firefox lately. Firefox 7 uses as much as 50% less RAM than Firefox 4, thanks to MemShrink project. Another significant change, it won’t show http:// in front of URLs anymore (the way google chrome behaves).
